Handling
How we handle perception data.
Perception data is anonymized at the point of collection. Schools see patterns, themes, and signals — not individuals — unless the school has explicitly chosen to collect identifiable responses for a defined purpose.
When a school does collect Personally Identifiable Information, we adapt the workflow to the regulatory environment that applies: GDPR, FERPA, Australian Privacy Act, Singapore PDPA, Korea PIPA, etc. The contract, the data residency, and the access controls follow the school.

AWS, in a region you can choose. We confirm residency before onboarding and write it into your DPA.
Encryption
TLS 1.2+ in transit. AES-256 at rest. MFA, named-role least-privilege, full audit logs.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability.
- GDPR data subject rights apply where GDPR applies; we extend the same rights globally as our default posture.
- When a contract ends, you can export everything in standard formats. We delete on request, and we delete on a defined schedule by default.
